Security Package (FALL & IMPACT)
Security Package (Fall-Impact)
In the event that the hand control is dropped on the ground, thrown in the air or hits somewhere, the receiver unit goes to the emergency stop position and possible unwanted movements are prevented. With the help of the G sensor inside the hand control, the crane will go to emergency stop mode before the control falls to the ground.
Optionally, if these movements occur, it can be activated in a predefined function (such as a horn). If this feature is not used, sensor sensitivity can be reduced or completely disabled.
Benefits;
- Uncontrolled issuing of commands is prevented.
- The user, who may partially lose control over the control in a particular emergency or work situation, is protected.
How does it works?
- Radiomatic® Shock-Off; In a knock effect on the transmitter, for example, when a hard object hits the transmitter and the transmitter is out of control, it can cause the control to turn off automatically.
- Radiomatic® Roll-Detect; It can be activated when the transmitter is rolling or the front is facing down for more than 2 seconds.
- Radiomatic® Zero-G; the transmitter can be activated when it is dropped by the user or when it is throwed.
- Radiomatic® Inclination Switch; the transmitter can be activated when it exceeds an angle of inclination of about 45 ° for the defined period and / or its front side is facing down.
The sensitivity of the features can be adjusted and adapted to existing application ranges.
